C met 6:10 bus for Viola and Margorie. It got in at 6:25 and we had breakfast and waited for the others to come.  Clyde, Dorothy, Larry & Carolyn came then Louise and Chas.
He and Clyde held out their arms and embraced each other crying. The feud was over. Later they went to Daisey's house to find a dress, beads etc for her to wear and they all selected casket and vault.

At the Mortuary the night before they all said they didn't want the welfare putting her away, so they selected a nice bluish gray casket, blue print silk dress & colored beads, then home for dinner.  I planned for 12, but only 8 came. Mrs. Gregory brot over a lovely cake and big pan of jello, the helped me get dinner.  C had got a big swiss steak and we pealed potatoes to put in it, cole slaw, coffee, corn, salad and ice cream & cake.  More telephone calls and telegrams. Mamma Doc had another heart attack. In the evening we all went to the Mortuary then the Smiths to Smiths, Louise to Cimarron the rest here.
