Sold Daisey's house to the Fullers.

This mng we called on the Fullers then they met us at noon at Fidelity State Bank where we all signed the contract and Mr Zimmerman put the deed, the abstracts and the contract all in Escrow. We put our copy of the contract in lock box.
We sold Daisey's home:
708 1/2 Ave D N-28 feet of lot 5 original Town site for $1,100and the little brown house next, north 710 Ave D for $650- 200.00 down- Balance of $1,550 at $40 a each month at 5%
Had treatments at 2 & 230
In evening, we took the key of the brown house to the Fullers, they were tearing the porch down of
